For this long-term client, Ross most recently helped them rebuild a retail operations program supporting more than 100 independent contractors operating nearly 700 seasonal stores nationwide. Ross was able to address issues of high turnover, low morale and stagnant sales through a comprehensive redesign of the program including recruitment, training, support and the policies governing the operator relationship.
